At QualityCare Nursing, training and development forms the core of our business philosophy. Every new employee at QualityCare is assessed regularly to help us identify training needs. We encourage staff to focus on their own educational interests. Our current employees also receive mandatory training in order to maintain and update their key competencies.

We also provide financial support for nurses who wish to undertake external courses, workshops or short-term training relevant to their roles. QualityCare staff is also encouraged to attend any in-house education offered by our clients to understand their needs better and provide better service.

Qualitycare Training Institute (QCTI) - an associate company of QualityCare Nursing provides Certificate-level training programs in Individual Support. Our association with QCTI helps us stay ahead of the competition and create rewarding careers for our
